An AI agent on your business's WhatsApp and Instagram
Agent247 connects a business's own WhatsApp number or Instagram account to its AI agent, so customers get answers in the chat they already use. Agent247 is in early access.
How it works
- For WhatsApp, the business signs in with Facebook, chooses or creates its own WhatsApp Business Account and verifies its number through Meta's Embedded Signup. For Instagram, it signs in with its professional account.
- Messages from its customers reach the business's agent through Meta's WhatsApp and Instagram APIs.
- The agent answers from the information the business has given it. A person from the business can take over any chat.
What the panel does
- Connects a WhatsApp number or an Instagram account.
- Sends messages from a connected WhatsApp number.
- Creates message templates and shows their approval status.
